And the romance continues...

The www.bookbyyou.com book, Love Next Door arrived last week. It's cheesy but cute. I read it in about an hour. Hubby's still on chapter 2.

This is why Mom can never get a break from reading bedtime stories, but when Dad doesn't appear for the nightly ritual there is no complaint from the girls. He just doesn't know how to read with any feeling.

Anybody else notice how many justs I've been adding today?

On the plus side, Go-Go is getting very good at making up stories herself. She wanted Mom to start making up stories for bedtime about a year ago. Last night she told me the story scenerio she wanted, and I started the story:

Joe Snoozerhaul was fishing in the river.

No, John. What?

John Snoozerhaul, Mommy. And from there Go-Go told the rest of the story. Mom still wants to know what's wrong with Joe.
