Okay, Mom's been a crank all day; I hate having no writing inspiration. Well little girl antics finally got to me and I separated them each to their own room. When I let them out for lunch the Little One said: "Don't beat me, Mommy."
I laughed, "Don't worry. I'm an equal opportunity beater. I'll beat both you and Go-Go the same."
"No you can't beat me. You can beat Go-Go. Daddy can beat me."
See this is why you have to have 2 kids, so each parent has his/her own child to beat. It also made me understand middle child syndrome - 2 parents, 3 kids who gets to beat the middle one?
Actually Hubby and I agree this sibling rivalry really started after the girls saw the "He's touching me" Sunny-D commercial. What ad agency came up with that? It's bad enough siblings pick it up on their own soon enough. Our girls started the nagging, "She's touching me," line right after seeing the commercial.
UGH! I could scream.
