Reading over my last few entries, I've found more typos than usual. I've also noticed the past few days my brain's been real sluggish with spelling on the keyboard. I'm not sure if it is because I've actually been working on a story for Strange New Worlds or if I'm catching my sister's bad grammar.

Got some terrific advice on my story at the DCW meeting last night. Thanks all! And yes, I removed some of the MacBeth references. Me thinks me over did it because I'm too familar with that play in particular, having done my senior thesis on it. AND the fact I saw the similarities between Ru'Afo and MacBeth the very first time I saw Insurrection.

Seeing it through other readers' eyes, I could see why they found the comparisons a bit dry. It has been ammended and now I must get on Hubby's butt to buy black ink so I can get the story sent off to the proper place.
