Remember your Strawbeery Shortcake or Incredible Hulk lunch box? Well when we went to pick up school supplies for Go-Go, lunch box was on our list. She will start 1st grade on Thursday and will be having lunch at school. But we couldn't find lunch boxes, and when we asked a clerk where they might be, she looked at us as if we were aliens and asked, "The kind with a thermos?"

Yes, the kind with a thermos! Don't they make plastic molded lunch boxes anymore? The clerk said, we only carry lunch bags. Well I asked my sis, Kat, and she said to get a sandwich keeper. We have sandwich keepers. I wasn't worried about Go-Go having a smushed sandwich. I can brown bag her lunch just fine. I WANTED her to have a Power puff girl lunch BOX. Or whatever else she'd consider hip. But I guess lunch boxes just aren't the style these days.
