Okay the Little One went to the doctor's to update her shot record for school. Since Mom doesn't drive, Dad has the honor of taking care of these things. They came home and Dad tells me the Little One is nothing like her mother. She sat on the exam table and watched the entire procedure without one peep and then hopped off the exam table all smiles.

So Mom whines and cringes when she has to get a needle. And dad said don't worry, we'll let the Little One hold your hand the next time you need a shot, and I'll even hire that guy (Jonathan Frakes is known as that guy in this house) to catch you when you faint.

*smiles* It wasn't my fault I swooned when I got my last tetnus booster. It was a very good thing there was another patient waiting in line to pay his bill behind me. I opened my eyes, staring up at a stranger who looked just as shocked as I was. I guess my little one will not have the pleasure of swooning into the arms of a stranger. She takes her shots with much more bravado than her mother.
