Summer Break
Well Go-Go is at her last day of school. And Mom's enjoying the last remnants of peace before summer break. The upside is: Next school year both girls shall be going. No more toddler demanding Mom's attention, at least for half the day. So with this in mind I hope to survive the summer.

Go-Go was ecstatic yesterday. When I picked her up from school, she proclaimed, "Mommy, I didn't get a yellow or red light the whole year!"

I also took the Little One over to the pre-k class yesterday morning, so she could see how it is. Yesterday was the last day for pre-k, because they don't go on Fridays. The classroom was pretty empty already, and as we walked home, my Little One complained she didn't get to cook me anything in the kitchen.

I told her not to worry. There will be plenty of time to cook for Mom next year. Wow! I can't believe both my girls will be in school next year. What's a Mom to do?

I'm sure I'll think of something.
